XML Package (XPackage)
This specification defines the XML Package format (XPackage) for defining packages, or collections of resources and their associations.

Strange mix of RDF, XLink and XML Schema. I could be wrong, but I think quite a lot of this is actually redundant - e.g. xpackage:location (URI?), xpackage:metadata (about=..?)
