Raptor RDF Parser Toolkit version 0.9.6 released. "Raptor is the RDF Parser Toolkit for Redland and currently consists of two parsers: RDF/XML and N-Triples. The REST folks talk of a small number of verbs (GET, POST etc) and a large number of nouns (URLs). What effect will a large number of adjectives & adverbs (rdf:Property etc) have?

Find - search tool for local machine & web, in beta.
JADE the Java Agent DEvelopment Framework. Middleware that follows the FIPA (Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents) specs. An RDF codec for JADE has been available for a year or so, but I can't find any recent developments in this direction.

Also from Parma University amongst quite a lot of other interesting things COMMA (Corporate Memory Management through Agents) - merging multi-agent systems, XML, RDF formats, machine learning techniques.

ZedneWeb: Thread Description Language an RDF vocabulary for describing threaded discussions. Somewhat related to the IBIS vocabulary I'm currently working on...
